Steel structures medium and light

VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING has the elaborated method of design, project and manufacture of the building steel structures for the hall and other buildings. The predecessor of these structures in the past was HARD halls, developed in the beginning of sixties of the last century in Jeseník (today the jobsite VPE).

Now manufactured steel structure systems are distinguished with one-bay or multi-bay frame cross bonds with full-wall columns and with plate or lattice cross-beams connected to the columns with semi-rigid bolt connections. The elements of cross bonds – the columns are often of varying profile. Steel roof structure is raised with the thin-wall purlins from galvanized plates from higher strength steel, or it can be without purlins. A part of it are support structures of monitor tops, cross and spot skylights, attic gable and intermediate roof gutters and usual and depression draining systems. The main support structure is furnished with the bracing structures assuring stability of all the elements (see the illustration of the building systems). Steel structure is dimensioned in a way to be reliable, variable and applicable in general. It is also possible a combination of steel elements with reinforced concrete, or wooden – for example reinforced concrete columns + steel roof, or columns + wooden roof. The proof of safety and resistance of these systems is the construction of steel building units on undermined and seismic dangerous lands.

The company offers the manufacture and assembly of steel structures and hall systems, including jacketing and the panels of the building holes (gates, windows, skylights and the like). At the same it assures the deliveries of all additional structures and equipment ( mezzanines, staircases, access floors, crane runways and cranes).
