Coke-oven plants

A strong point of this supporting branch is experience with the project, design and manufacture of the coke-oven plants equipment. All this makes the company VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING a.s. a competitive company that supplies technologic equipment of coke-oven batteries as per own documentation, either for rammed, or in bulk operation. It performs also the reconstructions and modernization of separate coke-oven machines and their parts.

Repairs, modernization and, first of all, complex ecology implementation employ constantly specialized firms that have references and that can offer a price and competitive product at high technical level with the modern elements of industrial automation. This is just a case of our company, to the references of which belong, for example, bulk batteries for the US Steel Košice, ArcelorMittal Ostrava, pushing and ramming machine for OAO Alchevskkoks in Ukraine.

 Blast furnaces

A traditional production of equipment for blast furnace plants has always included historically complete supplies of blast furnaces on „turn- key “basis with total capacity up to  2 400 m³.

Now VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING a.s. is an owner of know-how on the manufacture and supply for the separate parts of blast furnaces.

A number of technologic parts, such as belless tops, field valves, blowing sets, skip winches, hot-blast stoves, dry and wet scrubbers, cast houses and the like have been passed through technical innovations. Equipment fabricated and supplied by us is possible to operate with maximal overpressure up to 0,25 MPa. Pressure equalization system of the belless top with installed cyclones participates markedly on environment improvement.

As worthy to mention, can be considered also the supply of spare parts and technologic units for the middle repairs and overhauls, reconstruction and their total modernization, such as the blast furnaces shells, staves, steel structures of cast houses including guarantee and after guarantee service at domestic and foreign clients.

Pig iron traveling mixers PM-350t have been also innovated.

Underground mining and Raw material preparation plants

These branches are connected as to territory and logistics. At the present time we supply for the underground mining the rope drums and shafts for the clients from Sweden (company ABB AB) and Ukraine (company MIDIEL).

VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING a.s. company is the owner of documentation on fabrication and supply of separate aggregates for mineral raw materials treatment plants, such as for ex. crushers, vibration separators, screens, flotation machines, centrifuges and electro-magnetic separators. A noted client of supplies for the crushers is Krupp Canada Inc.company.

As noted supplies it is necessary to include also the storage machines, as for example, for Russian company   OAO Severstal in Cherepovec.

An unambiguous plus for the fabrication of this equipment is a mastered technology and production quality necessary for safe and trouble-free equipment operation.
